See Ya in the Funny Papers Project Notes for Rob - Section III

Last section! I have two videos - different music. Let me know which music you like the best.
Here are things i still have to do here:
1. Choose music
2. Establish a common video effect for this section
3. Contemplate "eye zoom"
4. add a few more pictures - a thanksgiving picture of you, me and granddad - from the 90's. Also add one picture from the other sections at the end of this section.
5. add a clip from a video where I interviewed granddad to end the video
Lemme know....

See Ya in the Funny Papers Project Notes for Rob - Section II

Again, this is just to show the pictures that I'll be using. A few things that I am working on next for this section:
1. Finding a common video effect for this section
2. Possibly using another close-up of mom's eye
3. Manipulating certain pictures - the last two family pictures in particular - more on this when I can figure out what I can do
4. Possibly continuing video overlay if my experiment works for section one.
Here you go...

See Ya in the Funny Papers Project Notes for Rob

Here's the first draft with the pictures that I will use for Section One. The music doesn't start immediately because I'm using that time as transition time for the setup during the performance. I'm not quite sure about the "eye". That might go. However, it might be a good backdrop for text. There's two photos that I think I need to rescan because the grain is weird for some reason. Also, I was thinking I might sparcely overlay some video. I'll videotape tomorrow and experiment with that. I don't want to overdo it because there will be dancing going on at the same time during the performance. For example, if this were just digital storytelling, the pictures would clip along more quickly. In any case, here's the first draft. Let me know what you think Rob! The next two sections will be here soon!
