A Great Day Off!

Today was an all around good day. I got up out of bed without the prompting of an alarm clock, made myself a really good breakfast, did some web work/research and then got ready for dance class.

Today, I really felt like I was dancing. The brain is starting to catch on to movement again. It's so funny how slow the synapses can get after months of not moving and years of not doing someone else's movement. It was a wonderful feeling of freedom today! Awww! Noticeable progress at last.

After class, David and I went to the Ohio State Fair. Fun! The weather was perfect. We walked for miles and never broke a sweat! We had homemade churned ice cream, went to the petting zoo...

road the chair lift and...

saw the Governor's Cup Belgian Draft Horse competition.

It was awesome. Speaking of awesome, this weekend in Clintonville (which is the neighborhood that we'll be moving to) is the Awesome Fest. It's a bike, tattoo, movie festival with beer. We probably won't go this time.... We're having loads of Awesome already.
